Opening & Exhibit by Norman, Oklahoma artist Carolyn Chandler, at the "In Your Eye Studio & Gallery" in the Historic Paseo Arts District. Opening reception is Friday, October 3rd from 6:00pm-10:00pm. Show runs thru October 31st.
In this show Carolyn Chandler explores a variety of subjects using three different tools to express her artistic vision. Pencils, pens & brushes are the various tools used to observe and discover her subject matter. Her pen & ink drawings have the ability to tell a story in black & white, her colored pencils adds another dimension that is perceptive & insightful, and her oil/brush delves into the very depths of the subject matter, bringing it all to life. This show is diverse and creates insights of opposing views with the different mediums and methods.
