SARAH DAVISON
Sarah took up jewelry making upon discovering precious metal clay and what could be created with it. She primarily uses silver and gold, combining semi-precious stones and beads in unusual and spectacular ways to make one of a kind creations. When fired in a kiln, the binder in the precious metal clay burns away, leaving pure silver or gold. Each piece is signed and original. Her pieces demonstrate her unusual approach to making jewelry. She textures her jewelry with pieces of handwriting and images that evoke an air of mystery or the feeling of overhearing a conversation. No two pieces are alike and each will become a family heirloom.
